We do not operate as a freight forwarder or customs broker, and we do not issue house airway bills (HAWBs). Our focus is on providing compliance-driven logistics support, helping customers meet all packaging and transport requirements with accuracy and confidence.

All shipments are non-refundable once accepted by the carrier. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in accordance with carrier guidelines.
